The Boss of Little Arcady

A charmer with wonderful depth and warmth, filled with humor, action and good mix of new and old west, set in a small town setting of an earlier time. Touches on the aftermath of the Civil War. It has too much of the South's moonlight and magnolias romanticism that afflicted fiction around the turn of the century. The romance between the couple is slow and old fashioned with a bunch of complications thrown in by the Civil War and the nobleness of the protagonist.
