This is an appeal from a judgment of the district court of Fallon County, which judgment ordered the appellant, Montana - Page 3 Livestock Commission, to issue forthwith a Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity to the respondent, Baker Sales Barn, Inc., upon the filing of satisfactory bonds required by the rules of the Commission.
