Ballog v. Knight Newspapers

Action in the district court for Hennepin county to recover for injuries sustained by plaintiff while in the employ of defendant as a brakeman. The case was tried before Lars O. Rue, Judge, and a jury, and a verdict of $10,000 returned for plaintiff. Defendant appealed from the judgment.
