BEN H. CANTRELL, JUDGE In an action for wrongful death, personal injuries, and property damage, the plaintiffs below appeal from a judgment entered on a jury verdict dismissing their action. The issues on appeal concern the testimony of an investigating officer as an expert witness and the trial Judge's charge on the imputation of the contributory negligence of the driver to the passenger and the owner of the car.
