Barrett v. Holland & Hart

Plaintiff, Robert P. Barrett, (Mr. Barrett) brought this action against the law firm of Holland &; Hart alleging fraud, negligent misrepresentation and deceit by an attorney in violation of Section 37-61-406, MCA; violation of Rule 11, M.R.Civ.P.; and legal malpractice. The District Court for the First Judicial District, Lewis and Clark County, granted Holland &; Harts motion to dismiss, or in the alternative, summary judgment. Mr. Barrett appeals. We affirm.
