Barrett v. Pacheco

Robert Barrett and Cindi Ketchum, husband and wife, appeal the trial courts order of summary judgment dismissing their negligent supervision action against Rudolph and Margaret Pacheco. Barrett contends that the Pachecos knew or should have known about their sons "dangerous proclivity" and that they failed to take reasonable measures to control such proclivity. We affirm.
