Barrett v. Social Security Administration

Sharon M. Barrett petitions for review of the March 18, 2001, final decision of the Merit Systems Protection Board ("Board") dismissing her appeal for lack of subject matter jurisdiction. Barrett v. Soc. Sec. Admin., Docket No. AT-0752-00-0924-I-1, slip op. at 1 (MSPB Mar. 18, 2001) ("Barrett"). For the reasons set forth below, we affirm.
