Publisher Description

On March 2, 2006, this Court issued an opinion reversing the trial courts orders and remanding the case to permit additional discovery and for further proceedings. Appellee, Mark Goldowitz, individually and doing business as the California Anti-SLAPP Project (Goldowitz), filed a motion for rehearing. After due consideration, we deny Goldowitzs motion for rehearing, but we withdraw our opinion and judgment dated March 2, 2006, and issue this opinion and judgment in their stead. The disposition, however, remains unchanged.
