Bay View Estates Corporation v. J. Julien Southerland

The suit is in equity and is a creditor's bill in which it is sought to declare null and void certain conveyances, mortgages
and assignments of mortgages, and that the lands afected by such transactions be declared to be the property of Bay View Corporation
and subject to a certain judgment lien held by the complainant against that corporation.
