We live in a world that is both natural and spiritual, and we need to learn how to function well in both realms. Many people are unaware of Satan and the deceiving spirits and how they work in the world, using lies to deceive us. Be On the Alert! Lion Prowling teaches Christians how to recognize these lies in our thought life and break free from them.
Jesus said the devil is the father of lies, who tries to convince us we are worthless. The truth is we are made in the likeness of God, beautifully and wonderfully made, and of great value. Our first step is to turn to Jesus and receive Him as our personal savior.
In this book we are encouraged to use the shield of faith, and to renew our minds by believing what the Scriptures say. We are also warned to beware of the letter of the law, of trying to obey all the rules and regulations to attain life and righteousness. Lion Prowling says simply to stop believing the devil and his deceiving spirits, and instead believe what God tells us.
