1 Charles Michael Bear, appellant, was tried by jury and convicted of Shooting With Intent to Kill (21 O.S. 1981 ? 652 [21-652]), After Former Conviction of a Felony (21 O.S. 1981 ? 51 [21-51](A)), Case No. CRF-85-100, in the District Court of Atoka County, the Honorable Doug Gabbard, District Judge, presiding. The jury set punishment at life imprisonment. Judgment and sentence was imposed in accordance with the jurys verdict. We affirm.
