Publisher Description

In this case, we must determine whether the trial Judge erred in revoking nine months of Kelvin Eugene Carbaugh's previously suspended sentence. Carbaugh contends that because the period of probation had expired when he committed the infraction, the trial Judge lacked jurisdiction to revoke the suspended sentence. For the reasons that follow, we affirm the judgment.
