Cardwell v. Cardwell

This is an appeal, by both parties, from a divorce judgment. Appellant Donald Lee Cardwell ("Husband") challenges two specific trial court rulings concerning the property division ordered in that judgment. Cross-Appellant Sharon Ann Cardwell ("Wife") challenges the trial courts refusal to find the existence of a putative marriage between the parties. For the reasons that follow, we affirm the judgment of the trial court.
