Caren Bischel appeals the trial courts denial of her motion to set aside an order dismissing her personal injury action. Salt Lake County prevailed below on its motion to dismiss Bischels action for failure to file a notice of claim in accordance with the Utah Governmental Immunity Act. We reverse and remand.
