Caribbean Steamship Co. v. A.S

In this unusual case, Sonmez Denizcilik Ve Ticaret A.S., a Turkish corporation, and owner of the vessel M/V Zeki, appeals from an order of the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York, Constance Baker Motley, J., compelling appellant to arbitrate a dispute with appellee Caribbean Steamship Company, S.A., a Panamanian corporation. For reasons set forth below, we affirm the judgment of the district court. I
