Caterpillar v. Unemployment Compensation

Caterpillar, Inc. (Employer) appeals from an order of the Unemployment Compensation Board of Review (Board) which reversed a referees decision denying benefits to Rosetta Showers (Claimant). The Board determined that Claimant established good cause for her violation of a company work rule and, thus, remained eligible for unemployment compensation benefits. We affirm.
