Catherine P. Shahan

This is an appeal from the Honorable Robert A. Kellys order granting a $37,614.40 judgment in favor of Catherine P. Shahan ["Catherine"]. Catherine petitioned the Orphans Court Division of the Allegheny Court of Common Pleas for an accounting and surcharge against Ronald J. Tomchik ["Tomchik"], alleging that he misallocated certain insurance proceeds while acting as administrator of her deceased sons ["John"] estate. We affirm.
