FACTS. - Nordstrom employed Brehany for an indefinite term and according to a manual prohibiting "unbecoming conduct," criminal violations, and drug usage at work. A management report indicated Brehany used illegal drugs off work and had a source for drugs. She was fired. Knapp, the store manager was fired for using drugs at work, and his wife, who had also used drugs at work, was also fired because "she was Knapps wife."
