Commercial Insurance Company Newark v. Robert Puente

This is a workmans compensation case tried to a jury resulting in a judgment for appellee, Robert Puente, against appellant, Commercial Insurance Company of Newark, New Jersey, for total and permanent incapacity. Appellant has duly perfected its appeal to this Court complaining that the evidence is legally and factually insufficient to support the jurys award.
