Dale M. Gundersen v. Municipality

Dale M. Gundersen was convicted by a jury of driving while intoxicated. Anchorage Municipal Code (AMC) § 09.28.020. He appeals, contending that the trial court erred in refusing to suppress the results of his Intoximeter test. He also challenges the trial courts ruling on jury instructions. We affirm.
