Publisher Description
A jury found defendant, Willie Clarence Dale, guilty of murder and assessed punishment at ten years confinement. Defendant asserts the trial court erred by allowing the State to impeach him with evidence of his prior convictions, and in denying him a jury instruction on the lesser-included offense of aggravated assault. The trial court did not err in its rulings, and we affirm the trial courts judgment.
