Daley v. Lacroix

Action for wrongful death in the district court for Hennepin county by the special administrator of the estate of Frank Alvin Beery, whose death is alleged to have been caused by the negligence of defendants, Northern States Power Company and Minneapolis General Electric Company. The case was tried before John A. Weeks, Judge, and a jury, and a verdict returned for plaintiff for $8,500. Defendants appealed from an order denying their alternative motion for judgment or a new trial.
