Dallas Anesthesiology Associates, P.A., appeals the trial courts interlocutory order denying its application for a temporary injunction against Texas Anesthesia Group, P.A., Dr. Xiao-En Fang, Dr. Thaddeus Ashmore, and Dr. Robert Slagle (collectively Texas Anesthesia).
