Dallas County v. Posey

Dallas County appeals from the trial courts orders denying its third amended plea to the jurisdiction and first amended no-evidence motion for summary judgment. In two issues, the County contends the trial court erred in the denial of its plea to the jurisdiction and no-evidence motion for summary judgment. We overrule the Countys issues and affirm the trial courts orders.
