Appellant, Palm Beach County, defendant below (the County), appeals a final judgment entered after the trial court granted Appellees, Trinity Industries, Inc., plaintiff below (Trinity), motion for summary judgment as to liability. Because no genuine issue of material fact exists as to liability, we affirm the final judgment.
