Dedicated to Skylar (A Book with No Words‪)‬

This book was inspired by a wonderful kid by the name of Skylar Bishop. Although I have never had the pleasure of meeting him, he has touched my heart in numerous ways. Through his positive and touching comments and words, relayed to me by his grandmother, Becky Snyder. I have experienced immense joy and pleasure that cannot be defined by the use of words. Therefore, I have created this book solely based on the illustration of my photographs of varying degrees. The challenge of expressing words through the use of imagery was an idea introduced by Skylar. He would often inquire about a book without the use of script and often stated, "no words, let the pictures tell the story". I can only hope that you find this book inspirational and that it touches your soul in an indescribable and inexplicable manner. I invite and encourage you to lose yourself in the pictures as you analyze the images. Each photograph holds a special meaning and I hope they can motivate and encourage you in unimaginable ways. I dedicate this composition to all children with Dyslexia and similar learning disabilities like Skylar. May you find comfort in knowing that expression through imagery is the same as using words for dialogue. Both allow communication through a different form of expression. After all, the statement "a picture is worth a thousand words" holds justifiable truth. Enjoy!
