Negligence -- person injured in voluntary rescue of another from danger -- right of action. 1. A person who voluntarily attempts to rescue one whose life is imperiled by the negligence of another, if injured in the
attempt, may recover therefor from the negligent person if the act of attempted rescue be not one of extreme recklessness.
