Eagle Discount Supermarket v. Ind. Com‪.‬

This workmen's compensation case concerns the compensability of injuries sustained in a recreational activity occurring on
the employer's premises during the employee's lunch hour. The employer, Eagle Discount Supermarket (hereinafter Eagle), appeals
directly to this court under our Rule 302(a) (73 Ill.2d R. 302(a)) from an order of the Peoria County circuit court.
