Extreme Environments from Around the World

Grade five and six students at Pacific Way Elementary created this book so it could be used as a resource for other people learning about the five extreme environments known to human kind: deserts, polar regions, space, deep sea, and volcanoes.  Each of the chapters focus of one of the extreme environments and provides numerous facts, images, and videos that will help you to fully understand why these places are so extreme for humans.  We had a fantastic time building this informative book and we hope people from all over the world enjoy learning about extreme environments as much as we did.
