Give Me My P.A.N.T.I.E.S. Back

How do I love? When love has been taken. How do I continue to give? When I’ve given my all. I have been broken and abused, I lost who I was, only to become who I wasn’t. I have a decision to make. Do I want to be free? Free from all the hurt, shame, and rejection. The choice was mine’s to make, I choose to be free, and so my journey begins. I had to remind myself that it wasn’t my fault. All the lies that was told to me, was just that, lies.


The walls of my past slowly began to come down, as the dark clouds lifted. 


I can see the sun breaking thru as I forgave those who wronged me. My smile, my joy, and my peace came back. I was no longer held captive by the negative emotions that tormented my mind. My soul was healed, my laugh got louder, my love became on purpose. 


I realized how beautiful and wonderfully I was made, from the inside out. I know who I am, I know my self worth. I became the woman God called me to be. I got my P.A.N.T.I.E.S Back!!
