Hatch, hereinafter referred to as defendant, was charged tried and convicted in the District Court of Blaine County, Oklahoma, for the offense of Resisting an Officer; his punishment was fixed at sixty (60) days in the county jail and a fine of Two Hundred Dollars ($200.00), and from said judgment and sentence, a timely appeal has been perfected to this Court.
