Hatcherson v. Diebold

LUMMUS, Justice. This is an action of contract, begun May 11, 1939, to recover for money lent to the defendants intestate, Maurice Bendett, who died in September, 1938. There was a verdict for the plaintiff, and the case is here on exceptions of the defendant to the admission of evidence.
