Hatterman v. Industrial Commission of Colorado

The plaintiff in error was claimant under the Workmens Compensation Act. His claim was reopened upon his petition for additional compensation. After further hearings the Industrial Commission declined to grant further compensation to the claimant. The district court affirmed. We sustain the affirmance.
