Lee Allen Chaffee v. Clark Equipment

Town and Country Mutual Insurance Company appeals the judgment of the trial court compelling Town and County to pay certain medical and surgical expenses incurred by Virgil and Valerie Sharp as the result of an automobile collision with Richard Leinenbach under the additional payments provision of Leinenbachs automobile insurance policy. We reverse.
