Lee v. Armstrong

Jane C. Armstrong appeals from the determination of the District Court, Fourth Judicial District, Missoula County, that Armstrongs failure to convey real property to respondents constituted actual and constructive fraud entitling respondents to $17,838.50 in actual damages, $5,000 in punitive damages, $8,818.89 in attorney fees and costs. We affirm.
