Lee v. Bennett Industries Inc‪.‬

Per Curiam. William D. Lee and his wife Helen Lee appeal the summary judgment granted in this negligence action by the District Court in favor of the appellee, Bennett Industries, Inc. (Bennett). Because we find that the evidence presented raises a genuine issue of material fact, we reverse and remand to the District Court.
