Lee v. Southern Home Sites Corp‪.‬

This case raises the question whether attorneys fees should be awarded to successful plaintiffs who charged that the defendant violated 42 U.S.C. ? 1982 by refusing to sell lots to Negroes on the same terms the defendant sold lots to whites. We hold for the plaintiffs-appellants and remand the case.
