Macalma v. office of Personnel Management

Conrado Macalma petitions for review of the November 23, 1999 decision of the Merit Systems Protection Board (Board) Docket No. SE- 0831-99-0343-I-1, affirming the reconsideration decision of the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) of July 9, 1999 denying Macalmas application for a deferred annuity under the Civil Service Retirement System (CSRS). We affirm.
