Maccabees Mutual Life Insurance Company v. Tom Mcniel

Maccabees Mutual Life Insurance Company (Maccabees) appeals from a trial court judgment in favor of Tom McNiel under TEX. INS. CODE ANN. art. 3.62, art. 21.21, § 16 (Vernon 1981). We reverse the award of $4,548 as a penalty under article 3.62 and, in all other respects, affirm.
