Marquardt v. Allstate Property And Casualty Insurance Co‪.‬

1 Timothy and Amy Marquardt appeal that part of a judgment reducing their jury award for future medical expenses from $20,000 to zero. The Marquardts argue the trial court erred by removing the award because there was credible evidence to sustain it. We agree and reverse that part of the judgment.
