Nahrvani v. Gonzales

Hossein Nahrvani, a native of Iran, petitions for review of the Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA) summary affirmance of the Immigration Judges (IJ) denial of his request for asylum from Iran and his request for withholding of removal and protection under the Convention Against Torture (CAT) as to Germany. The IJ granted withholding of removal and protection under the CAT as to Iran. Because the IJs determinations were supported by substantial evidence, we deny the petition.
