Nailor v. People

The court of appeals in People v. Nailor, 44 Colo. App. 364, 612 P.2d 1138 (1979) affirmed the petitioner-defendants conviction for first-degree criminal trespass and possession of burglary tools. We granted certiorari and now hold that the trial court committed reversible error. Therefore, we reverse the judgment of the court of appeals.
