CONTIE, Circuit Judge. Petitioner, the National Labor Relations Board ("NLRB" or "the Board"), petitions for enforcement of an order of the Board finding respondent, Plainville Ready Mix Concrete Co. ("Plainville" or "the Company"), in violation of § 8(a) of the National Labor Relations Act ("NLRA" or "the Act"). For the following reasons, the petition for enforcement of the Board's order is granted.
