Before BARNES, and HAMLIN, Circuit Judges and SOLOMON, District Judge. HAMLIN, C. J.: The National Labor Relations Board, after a hearing before a Trial Examiner, found that respondent employers and respondent. Brown Employees Association were guilty of unfair labor practices in violation of Section 8 of the National Labor Relations Act (29 U.S.C. Sec. 158), hereafter referred to as the Act. Respondents were ordered to cease and desist from such practices and in addition to take certain affirmative action. 1 The Board petitions this court for enforcement of its order. We have jurisdiction by virtue of Section 10(e) of the Act, 29 U.S.C. Sec. 160(e).
