In the order appealed from, the Commission caused to be issued a certificate of public convenience and necessity authorizing W. S. Hatch Co. (hereafter "Hatch"), an irregular-route motor common carrier, to transport acids and chemicals, in bulk, between points in Orange and Los Angeles Counties, California, on the one hand, and points in Texas, on the other.
