Stone, was found guilty of two counts of burglary in the third degree, and two counts of theft of property i: the second degree; he was sentenced in the Circuit Court of Madison County to five years imprisonment on the basis of one case, and six years imprisonment on the second case. The appellant filed a motion for judgment of acquittal, or in the alternative, for a new trial, which was denied.
