Paul v. Webber v. Jay H. Seymour

Action for wrongful death in the district court for Freeborn county by the special administrator of the estate of John J. Boyer, who was fatally injured in a collision between the truck he was driving and the car of defendant, driven by his wife. The case was tried before Martin A. Nelson, Judge, and a jury, which returned a verdict for defendant. From an order denying his motion for a new trial, plaintiff appealed.
