Pellizzeri v. Bureau of Professional and Occupational Affairs

Joseph R. Pellizzeri (Pellizzeri) and Josephs Auto Center petition for review of an adjudication of the State Board of Vehicle Manufacturers, Dealers and Salespersons (Board). Upon remand from this Court, the Board confirmed the revocation of Pellizzeris salesperson license and Josephs Auto Centers dealer license, and it imposed a civil penalty of $1,000.
