Robert J. Dechandt v. North Dakota Workers

VandeWalle, Justice. Robert J. DeChandt has appealed from a district court judgment affirming a North Dakota Workers Compensation Bureau decision denying benefits beyond those already paid and ordering him to reimburse benefits paid since August 21, 1987. We reverse and remand for further proceedings.
