Sam v. State

1 Appellant, Roy W. Sam, hereinafter referred to as defendant, was charged, tried and convicted in the District Court, Oklahoma County, Case No. CRF-73-1376, for the crime of Assault and Battery with a Dangerous Weapon with Intent to Kill. The jury assessed his punishment at six (6) years imprisonment, and from said judgment and sentence a timely appeal has been perfected to this Court.
